Our 2-week shipping guarantee
Every order ships within 2 weeks of the day you place it. If we miss that window, a discount is applied to your order — you don't need to ask for it.
Shipping
Every School Store 365 item is printed on demand after you order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, then your order ships — well inside the 2-week guarantee.
- Direct shipping. Orders ship to the address entered at checkout with tracking.
- School delivery. Where a school has opted in, orders can be bulk-delivered to the school. If available, you'll see it as a checkout option.
Returns
Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will reprint or refund it — no charge, no hassle.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they enter production. Once production begins we can no longer modify the order.
